We have been learning to use microsoft power point. over the next few weeks we are researching about different African animals.

Art

During art this term we are learning about Henri Rousseau. He is a famous French artist.We looked at his art work and then we made our own collages in collaborative groups.

Puppets show

We performed our puppet shows to our  Mum's and Dads.

We are having a puppet show next Tuesday about 'The Twits.' And our moms and dads are going to watch our puppet show.We are going to practice every literacy.And we are very exited about the puppet show.

Science Experiment

This morning we worked as a group to do our experiment which was about our teeth. We used eggs and put different types of liquids into beakers to see what will happen to the egg shell. We are going to wait for 5 days to see what happens to the eggshells. The different types of liquids were; cola, water, orange juice, milk and vinegar.

UAE 40th National Day

Today we celebrated the birthday of the United Arab Emirates and we loved the celebration!

Puppets

Yesterday we made puppets all about the book 'The Twits' by Roald Dahl. Our Mums and Dads came in to school to help us. Some of us made sock puppets, spoon puppets, wood and srting puppets and fabric puppets. We really enjoyed it and the puppets look GREAT!
